Profile of Shri A Tarachand Jain

Aged 60 years, Shri A Tarachand Jain carries with himself vast experience in the field of stainless steel business for the past 3 decades. He has more than 6 years experience in Air Conditioner products and spares. He is a promoter of the Company and is a Chairman cum Director since 26th July 2004. He was later appointed as Whole Time Director on 21.06.2006 and has held the position till date.

Profile of Shri T Anil Jain

Aged 35 years, Shri.T.Anil Jain is a promoter and first Director of the Company. He was appointed as Managing Director of the company on 21.06.2006 and has held the position since then.
Shri T Anil Jain, a commerce graduate, carries with himself more than 9 years experience in Air Conditioner Products and spares. He has been instrumental in formulating the company’s projects and marketing of its products. Shri T Anil Jain, is fully equipped with the latest technologies in the business segment of the company and is fully in charge of conceptualizing the company’s plans, evolving strategies for the same and implementing them. He is looking after globalization of Refex through various overseas mergers and acquisitions. The company under his guidance has shown growth in terms of turnover and profits.

Profile of Shri T Jagdish Jain

Aged 34 years, Shri T Jagdish Jain has over 8 years of experience in running the business relating to metal trading. He was earlier a Whole Time Director of the company since 21.06.2006 and he resigned the same on 1st June 2007 due to certain personal reasons. He was later re-inducted into the Board on 13.12.2007 as an Additional Director. He is one of the promoters of the Company and is the son of Shri A Tarachand Jain, Chairman and brother of Shri T Anil Jain, Managing Director.

Profile of Shri N.D. Trivedi

Shri N.D. Trivedi, a U.S based entrepreneur and an NRI, is an experienced businessman and presently runs a concern named M/s Stainless Distributors Inc. He is an independent Director on the Board. Shri N.D. Trivedi’s knowledge and experience will be of immense benefit and value to the Company.

Profile of Ms. Abhinandana Papisetty

Aged 27 years, Ms. Abhinandana Papisetty has experience in the areas of Financial Management and Business Market Analysis. She has also handled due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation. She is also associated with Investment Analysis. Her experience in the Financial Management, would help the Company in reviewing the Company’s Financial and Risk Management Policies from time to time and offer right solutions.

Profile of Shri Sumermal Mehta

Sri Sumermal Mehta, aged 52 years, was appointed as an Additional Director on 30.06.2011. He is a partner in P.B. Metal Corporation, Mumbai. He is associated with this firm for more than 25 years and guided its business in the areas of Finance and administration quite successfully. He possesses a good business acumen and sound knowledge of management practices and techniques.
